Refund and Cancellation Policy

  •  Cancellation: All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped out, and full refunds can be made. If the customer would like to cancel the order after the piece has shipped, the piece can be returned for a refund, however shipping payments can not be returned. 

  • Broken pieces: If a piece has arrived broken during shipping, the customer will need to email within 3 days of the pieces arrival and must provide images of the damage. Depending on the specifics of the damage, free repairs can be made if the customer can ship the piece back.  However, in the unfortunate case that the piece is beyond repairs, a full refund can be made.
